Responsibilities

As a Phone and Chat Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handling multiple chat channels simultaneously, providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Following established communication scripts to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives to meet their requirements
  • Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle calls and provide effective solutions
  • Performing data entry and customer service tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Navigating online resources efficiently to verify nurses' credentials and facilitate communication between healthcare facilities and our essential workers
  • Working requests/records received for those requesting to sign up for a shift, identifying customers' needs, and researching to determine if requests have the necessary credentials
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to skillfully transition between tasks without loss of efficiency or composure
  • Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, with a strong commitment to being available and responsive to customer needs
  • Providing positive and professional interactions with customers, with a focus on building trust and rapport

Qualifications

To succeed as a Phone and Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • 1 year of customer service or customer support experience, with a strong background in call center or office environments
  • Technical savvy, with the ability to navigate online resources efficiently and effectively
  • Previous remote work from home experience is a plus, with a strong commitment to maintaining a dedicated and secure work environment
  • Quick learner with the ability to work independently, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Type 35 words per minute accurately, with strong phone and verbal communication skills, including active listening
  • A background check applicable with state and federal laws is required, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and security in all customer interactions

Pay and Benefits

As a Phone and Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Starting pay of $14/hour, with shift differential of $1/hour for nights and weekends
  • Possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
  • Paid training of 3 weeks in length, from 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday (CST)
  • Full-time status with 40 hours per week, with flexibility to cross-train as requested
  • Equipment provided, including a laptop or desktop, with a secure and reliable internet connection
