Contact Center Customer Service Representative – Inbound & Outbound Calls

arenaflex is currently seeking an experienced Contact Center Customer Service Representative – Inbound & Outbound Calls to join our team in Irving, TX. As a key member of our contact center team, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, orders, inquiries, complaints, and more. You will also place outbound calls regarding account status, complaints, account collection, and direct calls for further problem resolution when necessary.

Additional Responsibilities:

* Work significant overtime hours during times of heavy claims

  • Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate customer complaints
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay ahead of industry trends

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming calls, orders, inquiries, complaints, and other customer interactions in a professional and courteous manner

  • Place outbound calls regarding account status, complaints, account collection, and direct calls for further problem resolution when necessary
  • Direct calls for further problem resolution, if necessary
  • Work with the team to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate customer complaints
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay ahead of industry trends

Job Requirements:

* Good customer service skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work 6-7 days per week, including evenings and weekends, for catastrophic events
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using computer software and technology to manage customer interactions
