Key Responsibilities

  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

Candidate Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills. You should be able to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute) and have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and the Windows operating system. Additionally, you should be highly reliable, able to maintain regular attendance and punctuality, and possess an aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.

Essential Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation package, with hourly rates ranging from $12.10 to $16.10 per hour, depending on experience.
