Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Precisely inputting data into our systems based on provided images
• Recognizing and classifying various document types
• Verifying and reviewing data entries to maintain accuracy and high quality
• Safeguarding personal health information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Engaging professionally with colleagues as necessary
• Proposing enhancements for workflow processes
• Completing assigned tasks punctually and assisting with additional responsibilities as needed

Required Skills

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work productively
• Self-motivation and the capacity to maintain focus and manage multiple assignments
• Quick learning abilities with the ability to adhere to instructions and adjust as required
• Capacity to uphold the confidentiality of sensitive information
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Typing proficiency of 50 WPM at 95% accuracy and 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy

Qualifications

While previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is an advantage, it's not mandatory. However, we're looking for individuals with:

Compensation and Benefits

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll enjoy:

• Competitive pay of $12 per hour
• Part-time and full-time positions available (full-time preferred, minimum of 20 hours per week)
• Flexible shifts available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
