Responsibilities

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Establishing and nurturing customer relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized interactions
• Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Conducting customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options and provide tailored solutions
• Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and cross-sell/up-sell existing customers
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
