Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You'll be responsible for managing job postings on various portals, evaluating candidate applications, and analyzing professional profiles to identify top talent. Key Responsibilities

* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches

• Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve current processes
• Manage job postings on various portals and evaluate candidate applications
• Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies

Essential Qualifications

* Proactivity and ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Marked attention to detail in daily work, with a focus on accuracy and precision
• 1+ year of previous work experience in a data entry or related role (desired but not required)
• Advanced English language proficiency, with excellent communication and writing skills
