What You'll Achieve in This Role

As a Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, providing them with tailored solutions to their needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Administration of Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from clients, understanding their requirements, and suggesting the right arenaflex products and services to meet their needs.
• Product and Service Information: Provide in-depth information about arenaflex products and services, highlighting their features, benefits, and differentiators.
• Key Selling Skills: Develop and maintain key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals.
• Client Care: Deliver exceptional client care by responding to client inquiries in a timely and organized manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all administrative and consistency rules related to sales and customer service practices.

Minimum Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship-building, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a customer care and sales environment, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• High-Speed Measurement-Driven Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment, with strong multitasking and navigation skills in an electronic climate.
• Virtual Experience: Experience working in a virtual environment, with a strong understanding of remote work practices and technologies.
• Secondary Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; training benefits are available.
