About the Role

As a Part-time Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. You will work in a relaxed, yet professional and fun environment, where no two days are ever the same. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding to questions about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership queries
  • Provide accurate and timely information about products and services via online chat, ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that customers are connected with the right people at the right time
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our dealer clients can follow up with customers and generate revenue from their website traffic
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that help our dealer clients improve their online presence and customer engagement

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
  • Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
  • Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being helpful in this fast-paced environment
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of the importance of great customer service
