Key Responsibilities

As an Automotive Customer Service Web Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for engaging in real-time online conversations with customers, addressing inquiries related to automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership inquiries. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat, providing precise information regarding our products and services
  • Scheduling appointments by narrowing down on customer needs and building strong relationships with our clients
  • Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving offerings, staying up-to-date on the latest developments in the automotive industry
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our clients receive valuable insights into their customers' needs and preferences
  • Summarizing customer interactions to ensure tailored follow-up for our clients, providing a seamless and personalized experience for our customers

Required Skills

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • Ability to multitask effectively, with experience in gaming considered beneficial
