Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You'll be the face of our company, and your ability to listen, learn, and resolve customer inquiries will make all the difference in delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience

  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
  • Strive to meet and go above personal and team target goals
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
  • Upsell products or services as needed
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused mindset for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
