Job Overview

In this part-time role, you will be responsible for researching contact lists, scheduling appointments for Sales Associates, and performing general clerical duties to support the sales team. As a Researcher Assistant, you will play a vital role in identifying potential clients, setting up marketing campaigns, and making introductory calls to schedule meetings. With a focus on excellence and high standards, you will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to achieve the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research contact information for potential clients to enter into the marketing funnel, utilizing internet research and email correspondence skills.
  • Set up pre-designed mailings and email campaigns to researched potential clients, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Make introductory calls to potential clients to schedule meetings for Sales Associates, demonstrating excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned, showcasing your ability to adapt to new tasks and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, enabling you to provide exceptional support to the sales team.

Qualifications and Skills

Work Environment and Company Culture

arenaflex is a dynamic and growth-oriented company with a national customer base. Our office is located at 322 Sovereign Ct., St. Louis, MO 63011, and we offer a comfortable and supportive work environment. As a part-time employee, you will be expected to work up to 28 hours per week, with a preferred schedule of 8:30am-3:00pm (M-W) and 8:30am-12:30pm (Th-F).
