Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering 70-90 incoming phone calls per day from customers, identifying their needs, and providing personalized support to address their concerns.
  • Making outbound calls to customers regarding medical referrals, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Asking thoughtful questions, actively listening to customers, and documenting essential information in our computer systems to ensure accurate and efficient resolution.
  • Assisting customers in obtaining prescribed medical equipment and supplies, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Verifying insurance eligibility and benefit coverage, obtaining insurance authorization, and ensuring customers receive the care they need.
  • Researching complex issues across multiple databases, collaborating with support resources to resolve customer issues, and providing solutions that exceed expectations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • At least 1+ year of experience working in a customer service environment, preferably in a call center setting.
  • Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications.
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift schedule during normal business hours (8:00am - 5:00pm PST) and occasional overtime.
