Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in refining youngster assistance remittances in our SDU (State Cost Device) system according to Standard Operating Procedures. You'll work independently, using your skills and expertise to collect, analyze, organize, and study data with precision and accuracy. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Refine youngster assistance remittances in the SDU system according to Standard Operating Procedures

  • Collect, analyze, organize, and study data with precision and accuracy
  • Work independently, using your skills and expertise to complete tasks and projects
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless communication and workflow
  • Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, and be flexible in your work schedule as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary School Diploma or degree or equivalent required

  • Basic understanding of plans and techniques
  • Solid social skills, including sensitivity, determination, and courtesy
  • Ability to collect, analyze, organize, and study data with precision and accuracy
  • Ability to work as an employee, but also independently sometimes with limited direction
  • Productive in a busy atmosphere
  • Adaptability and/or ability to work overtime as needed to meet rigid routines and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a data entry or administrative role

  • Familiarity with SDU systems and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices
