Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our elite team. As a full-time or seasonal representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing customer accounts, and delivering technical assistance via inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

• Base Pay: $14.50 per hour
• Enhanced Rate: $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
• Spanish Bilingual Base Pay: $15.50 per hour
• Spanish Bilingual Enhanced Rate: $17.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s
• Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
• Have a personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period
• Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period
• Complete a background check and health screening
• Have cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite are not compatible)

Essential Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and concerns
• Managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and troubleshooting issues
• Entering application data, responding to online chat inquiries, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
• Demonstrating creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing tasks, and meeting performance metrics
• Completing extensive self-study, training, and testing, and adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Moderate to advanced computer skills and a high level of comfort learning new technology
• A high level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong work ethic
• Self-motivation, success-driven, and a willingness to learn and grow
• Comfort working from home and managing your time effectively in a remote environment

Preferred Experience

While not required, preferred experience includes:

• Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
• Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
• Previous experience in a call center environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Spanish bilingual skills (a plus)
