Key Responsibilities

As a Telecommute Clerk - Online Data Entry & Typing Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team's efforts to deliver exceptional results. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Communicating effectively with our team and clients via phone, email, and chat

Essential Qualifications

While we don't require any prior experience or special skills, we do look for individuals who possess the following qualities:

  • Experience in administrative, data entry, transcription, customer service, or sales (a plus, but not necessary)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of computer functions
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work at least 10 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience with online data entry software and systems
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with customer service software and systems
