What You'll Do

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Representing one of the nation's largest brands as a Customer Service Representative, interacting with customers via inbound calls to assist with their needs
  • Building meaningful connections with customers, understanding their concerns, and delivering personalized solutions that meet their expectations
  • Upselling customers to ensure they have the best features to meet their needs, while maintaining a customer-centric approach
  • Participating in paid training to prepare for all call types and customers, ensuring you're equipped to handle any situation
  • Working in a fast-paced remote environment, staying focused and productive while maintaining a comfortable and secure workspace

What You Need to Thrive

To succeed in our remote environment, you'll need:

  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25Mbps Download/10Mbps Upload (Cable or Fiber Internet Service only)
  • A dedicated workspace free of distractions and security risks
  • A workspace with minimal background noise
  • Ability to be on webcam during working hours

What We're Looking For

To be a successful Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • At least 6 months of work-at-home experience
  • At least 1 year of Call Center experience
  • Must live in the state of North Carolina
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must have a GED or High School Diploma
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
