Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
  • Using available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate departments
  • Meeting daily and weekly performance metrics
  • Providing feedback to management on customer concerns and trends
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve team goals

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Self-motivation and the ability to stay focused in a remote work environment
  • Adaptability and the ability to adapt to changes in technology, processes, and procedures
  • Customer service skills, including patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in software applications such as chat software, email clients, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a plus

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience in customer service or a related field
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and Amazon Seller Central
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Experience with chat software and email clients
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
