Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the Airport Stations Group, including data entry, customer service, and travel coordination

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating events
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including employee files, station meeting plans, and performance reports
  • Coordinate with other departments, including CRE/Offices and vendors, to ensure seamless operations
  • Perform other duties as required, including financial planning, budgeting, and expense tracking
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex policies, procedures, and software applications

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with data entry, customer service, and travel coordination

  • Knowledge of arenaflex policies, procedures, and software applications
  • Certification in a related field, such as Microsoft Office or customer service
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
