The Role

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
