Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Engineer at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing data solutions that drive business growth and improvement. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing data architectures, data models, and data pipelines that meet business requirements and drive data-driven decision-making
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data solutions that meet those needs
- Developing and maintaining data warehouses, data lakes, and other data storage solutions
- Ensuring data quality, integrity, and security through data governance, data validation, and data auditing
- Developing and maintaining data visualization tools and reports to support business decision-making
- Collaborating with data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven insights and recommendations
- Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering and architecture
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or Scala
- Experience with data warehousing, data lakes, and data storage solutions
- Strong understanding of data governance, data validation, and data auditing
- Experience with data visualization tools and reports
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
