Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote work arrangement. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our members, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also have the opportunity to learn more about healthcare, broaden your experience, and open the door to additional opportunities at arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our members through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels

  • Answer questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions to help members better understand their services and options
  • Make phone calls to members to facilitate treatment and provide necessary solutions
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve member concerns and issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)

  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Patience and understanding, able to convey trust and confidence
  • Reliability and compliance with certain standards

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
