Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate's degree or higher (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions clearly and concisely.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure, think critically, and provide effective solutions to customer concerns.
