The Online Chat Specialist will be responsible for performing a range of customer service-related tasks for arenaflex and our clients. Reporting to the Online Chat Manager, you will engage regularly with visitors to our clients' websites, providing top-notch service in real-time via online chat software. Your ability to manage multiple information demands and stay calm under pressure will be essential in this fast-paced role. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
  • Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
  • Build relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
  • Promote interest in client products and services
  • Consistently achieve established standards of the position
  • Continually portray and project a positive and professional image
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team
  • Assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment. You should have:

  • PC keyboarding and internet experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
