As an Instagram Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for managing direct messages on business Instagram accounts, providing top-notch customer support, and driving sales through direct messaging. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts
  • Answering questions about products, shipping, and returns using a provided FAQ document
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer support questions and sales inquiries
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
