Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Amazon Customer Service Representative – Work From Home Opportunity, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

- Communicating effectively with customers through phone and email to provide solutions and address concerns
