• Chris is the generator on a mission to empower Leaders of Change to win in digital commerce and beyond. As a CPG eCommerce practitioner and advisor, he has led the eCommerce strategy, capabilities, activation, and education at RB, WellPet, Kellogg’s, and other top CPGs.

About the Role

We are looking for a PowerPoint Presentation Designer to support a growing direction within our company — PDP Excellence. This initiative focuses on creating high-quality digital reports and strategic playbooks for well-known consumer brands. These are premium deliverables that brands purchase to improve their product presence across major U.S. marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and Target. The role combines strong presentation design with an interest in brand management and marketing. You will work on visually compelling and insight-driven decks based on product page analysis and strategic recommendations. What will you do? As a PowerPoint Presentation Designer at firstmovr, the majority of your role, approximately 90%, will revolve around working on presentations, with the remaining 10% dedicated to various ad-hoc tasks. We already have an established evaluation model and clear criteria for what to analyze — you will be guided on what to look for and how to structure findings.

• Designing high-quality presentations and digital reports for the U.S.-based brands
• Supporting the development of playbooks and training programs
• Analyzing product pages across Amazon, Walmart, and Target using our internal PDP evaluation framework
• Transforming insights into clear, structured, and visually strong slides
• Collaborating closely with the team on ongoing presentation projects

Qualifications:

• Fluent English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including advanced formatting skills. You really care about aligning the objects and know how to do it quickly instead of doing manually.
• Excellent attention to detail – you are used to double-checking everything and can quickly notice the slightest mistake.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather relevant data for presentations.
• Strong self-reliance and the ability to create solutions and make decisions on your own with the minimum required confirmations.
• Be a proactive team player who's not afraid to speak up for their own opinion - seriously, the company is looking for a person with ideas, not just an executor.
• Organizing skills - you know exactly how to organize your work and personal time and don't want any minute to go to waste.

Preferred but not required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (ongoing students will not be considered).
• Experience designing presentations for large companies.
• Russian language skills are a plus.
• Spoken English is not critical.

Working hours: This role follows a standard schedule of 10:00 am – 6:00 pm Central European Time (CET). Flexibility may occasionally be required depending on project needs. What we offer:
