Legal Operations Specialist (Remote)
Join Our Team as a Legal Operations Specialist at Axiom Location: Remote We are currently seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to work on a remote basis, designing and implementing strategic solutions and improvements across our clients' legal departments. This is an existing vacancy. Responsibilities:
- Manage client's legal operations processes and perform new process mapping.
- Build out new processes and design roadmaps for implementation.
- Create and maintain resource materials on operational processes.
- Plan and implement improvements to contracting systems, including developing and uploading templates.
- Assist with project coordination and process management.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a legal operations professional optimizing in-house legal workflow with contract, performance, vendor, and financial management work.
- Familiarity with legal department KPIs.
- Experience managing budget & spend management.
- Comfortable with software implementation and experience implementing new systems and incorporating existing workstreams.
- Robust experience with legal operations technology and related software.
Compensation: The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
