Reviewer/Document Administrator

Job Title: Contract Reviewer- Paralegal Location: Remote We are looking for a super sharp, highly motivated, hard-working business-minded junior to a mid-level paralegal/contract reviewer/document administrator to assist our commercial legal team with audit, reviewing, summary, organizing, and coding certain key provisions within a body of existing agreements as part of a global contract reviewing the project. These agreements are usually substantive and intellectually challenging, making them a great learning opportunity for people who want more exposure to commercial agreements. Role Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Review complex contracts, identify key provisions as instructed, and code the customer contracts in the legal team's contract repository.
• QA repository naming convention against the contract and update accordingly.
• Link contract families with parent/child relationships.
• Mark irrelevant documents in the repository for deletion.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of paralegal or business operations experience.
• 1-year commercial contract administration/legal experience either working at an in-house legal department (in-house experience at a SaaS or similar technology company a plus) or at a law firm.
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to dive into business and technology.
• Contract literacy (ability to comprehend and analyze contracts and understand the legal implications and obligations for the parties involved).
• Ability to follow and understand written multi-step processes.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to work with a variety of software applications (e.g., LinkSquares, Microsoft, SalesForce, DocuSign, Adobe, Slack, JIRA, Google docs, etc.).
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Critical thinking skills and ability to analyze and digest dense material.
• Comfort with ambiguity, multi-tasking, and independence.
• Excellent communicator both internally and externally.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Sense of humor and positive attitude.
• Grit and Resilience.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with data privacy rules and customer data consent.
• Prior experience with cleaning data.
• Prior experience with repository organization.
