Independent Sales Consultant Opportunity Nina McLemore, Inc. is a designer women’s clothing company that offers outstanding opportunities to build a business, work with interesting, accomplished women and be part of a fast-growing fashion company. Our clients are C-Suite level professional women and women who want quiet Luxury. Nina will show the collection in Naples 2/13 -2/16 and would like to train the candidate Marketing & Distribution: The Collection is primarily sold to women by independent commission based sales consultants who host private trunk shows, provide style consulting, convenient shopping and outstanding customer service. The Opportunity: We have a large client base in Naples and are searching for someone to take it over. A sales consultant shows the collection 4 times each year on her schedule, and will have access to our existing client base and all of our marketing materials. She earns a 25% commission on all sales. Sales Consultant: The ideal sales consultant is someone who:

• Has a very strong network in the community and knows women who would like and need the collection both C-suite level professional women and women who like quality American made clothing.
• Wants to earn an income, for example, to pay school tuition, to travel, or for additional financial support.
• Likes to Sell
• Loves clothes, loves people and has a good sense of style.
• This is a perfect business where she can work on her own schedule and provide a real service to other women.
• She may have a professional background or she may have been very active in nonprofits, social clubs, charity groups, on executive boards, throughout the community. Apparel and retail is not required

The Collection: The Nina McLemore Collection fills a serious gap for women who want understated, elegant clothing that fits the lifestyle of busy women including professional women. The collection, which has day, better casual and evening – is known for a great fit, bright colors, exquisite fabrics that withstand a busy travel schedule. Prices range from $150 for shirts to $350 - $495 for pants and $495 - $975 for jackets. The fabrics are European and also fine home furnishings mills in India. The clothes are made in New York in sizes 0 – 18.

Nina McLemore: Nina founded Liz Claiborne Accessories and co-founded a private equity firm. She has served as Chair of the Center for Women’s Business Research, Fashion Group International. She is a founding member of the Committee of 200 and Women Corporate Directors, and a member of the International Women’s Forum, Commercial Real Estate Women, and Women President’s Organization. She grew up designing and making all of her own clothes and earned her MBA from Columbia University School of Business. Philanthropy: We work closely with many nonprofits, particularly those that benefit women, children and the arts. You may know someone who would like to sell the collection and help a nonprofit at the same time. We will match up to 5% of sales when the consultant donates a percentage to the charity.
