Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation and Content Development team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for applying advanced data analysis techniques to drive business decisions, analyzing complex data sets, and developing innovative solutions to drive growth and engagement. Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced data analysis techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to drive business decisions

• Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
• Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions
• Streamline our content launch and episode release process to optimize engagement and retention
• Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
• Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI methods
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages
• Experience with machine learning algorithms, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more
• Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems
• Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
• Passion for media and entertainment, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends
