Job Overview

In this experienced level role, you will be the first point of contact for arenaflex customers, including advisors, clients, and relationship partners, providing support for service issues, requests, procedures, and account information. You will communicate directly with customers to research questions, open issue resolution cases, and resolve higher-level problems over the phone. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving conflicts, and driving results while maintaining a growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, including advisors, clients, and relationship partners
  • Communicate directly with customers to research questions, open issue resolution cases, and resolve higher-level problems over the phone
  • Gather and enter relevant information to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
  • Develop an understanding of procedures to educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services and facilitate efficient self-service
  • Troubleshoot simple usability issues raised by customers and refer more complex issues to appropriate service partners
  • Ensure that all relevant information is gathered and entered to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
  • Receive guidance from coaches on a frequent basis to process requests and improve customer service skills

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following essential qualifications:

  • Experience providing customer-focused solutions or support
  • Demonstrated written and spoken communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:

  • P & C License (strongly preferred, but not required)
  • Experience working in the insurance industry
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting pay rate of $25.00 per hour.
