Job Responsibilities
As an experienced Business Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and effective implementation
- Attending requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented business requirements with cross-functional teams
- Documenting requirements in the form of well-formed, traceable, and testable user stories with defined acceptance criteria
- Creating test plans and test cases to ensure thorough testing and validation of business requirements
- Organizing and maintaining the team backlog to prioritize and track progress towards business objectives
