Responsibilities

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our customer service team, responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our clients through live online chats. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns with accuracy, concision, and professionalism
• Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
• Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
• Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems in a timely and effective manner
• Promoting interest in client products and services through proactive and engaging communication
• Consistently achieving established standards of the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Portraying and projecting a positive and professional image at all times
• Providing administrative support to the customer service team as needed
• Assisting with overflow work and other duties as required

Qualifications
