Job Responsibilities: What to Expect

As a Customer Service Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome, greet, and assist all visitors, members, and students entering the facility, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Open and close the fitness facility, ensuring proper access, security, and safety protocols are followed
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment for all facility users, including cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking supplies as needed
  • Operate a cash register and handle financial transactions, including processing payments, handling refunds, and managing cash handling procedures
  • Work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner

Qualifications: What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school education or equivalent
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within one month of employment (training can be provided)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, and Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • Ability to run a cash register and work independently, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role
