Job Summary

arenaflex is currently seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our expanding team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email channels. You will handle inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience, meeting or exceeding defined service level goals.

Responsibilities

* Answering and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Providing accurate and efficient solutions to customer issues or concerns
• Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in the system
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries
• Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance targets

Key Qualifications

* Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
