Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative Agent, you'll have the opportunity to participate in various focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in online or in-person discussions, completing written and oral instructions, and providing feedback on products and services
- Completing written surveys and providing honest feedback on the products and services you've used
- Showing up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time and being prepared to discuss the topics at hand
- Using products and services provided, and being ready to discuss them prior to the meeting date
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Access to a high-speed internet connection
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics discussed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
