Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in Santa Monica, USA. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve customer experience, and optimize operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Assemble and present data-driven insights, visualizations, and reports to inform business decisions and drive growth

• Develop and maintain complex data models, algorithms, and statistical models to analyze large datasets
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages (Python, R, etc.) to extract and analyze data
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data analysis and visualization capabilities

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, etc.)

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst or similar role in an industry or research setting
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools, including Matplotlib, Scene, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into actionable insights
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize business needs

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field

• Experience with machine learning, deep learning, or other advanced analytics techniques
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data governance
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions
