About the Role

We're seeking highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team as seasonal Provider Services Representatives. This exciting project focuses on IVA, Prospective, and Risk, and you will play a vital role in coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to Provider offices and answer inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Investigate, conduct research, and analyze Customer data for outreach, utilizing your excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Work day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment, demonstrating your ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Provide problem resolution through effective communications (via phone and email), showcasing your excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborate on projects of limited scope and complexity, generally following set procedures, and work under supervision to receive instructions and guidance

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, with a strong focus on attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop, prioritize, and accomplish goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented, with effective listening and critical thinking skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a customer-centric approach
