What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll work to resolve customer issues before escalating to the next level, providing answers, consulting on products, and resolving issues with compassion. A Typical Day
* Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and expertise
What You Bring to the Role
* 1 year or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English
- Ability to recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues
- Computer experience
- High-speed internet (> 10mbps)
