What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll work to resolve customer issues before escalating to the next level, providing answers, consulting on products, and resolving issues with compassion. Your passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind will shine through in every interaction.

A Typical Day

* Answer incoming communications from customers

  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and expertise

What You Bring to the Role

* 1 year or more of customer service experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues
  • Computer experience
  • High-speed internet (> 10mbps)
