Key Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing friendly and efficient service to customers at the ticket counter, baggage claim, and other areas of the airport
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Utilizing advanced technology to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
- Processing customer transactions, including check-ins, baggage handling, and reservations
- Maintaining a safe and secure working environment
Essential Qualifications:
