Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us process incoming customer enquiries, issue valuations, and manage trade-in operations. As a Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, researching prices, and facilitating deals between customers and our company. Key Responsibilities
* Process incoming customer enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger
- Research prices of goods on eBay and provide instant valuations, taking into account desired profit margins, postage costs, and other factors
- Issue postage labels and ensure customers receive their payment
- Help list goods on eBay (if capacity allows)
- Respond to customers quickly and in a timely manner to ensure exceptional customer service
- Work closely with our team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless operations
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
