Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Seasonal Customer Support Representatives to join our team for the busy season. As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional user experiences, handling incoming messages, and collaborating with other teams to resolve issues. Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming messages via Email and Chat channels, ensuring prompt and efficient responses to user inquiries
  • Handle user feedback professionally and empathetically, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other teams and colleagues to resolve complex issues, ensuring a seamless and positive user experience
  • Turn potentially negative customer interactions into positive experiences, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional support

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience with Email and Chat channels, with a strong understanding of customer support principles and practices
  • Individuals located in the following time zones: GMT+8, GMT+3, GMT+2, with a willingness to work shifts (2/2 day, mid or night rotation)
  • Excellent customer service skills, including empathy, accuracy, compassion, responsiveness, and resourcefulness
  • Fluency in written English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle routine tasks under stress and remain organized, with a strong attention to detail and a tech-savvy approach
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences
  • 1-3+ years of experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, or a similar role, with experience working with mobile products being a plus

  • Knowledge of customer support software and tools, with experience working with CRM systems and other customer support technologies
