Job Summary
As an entry-level customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. You'll be the face of our organization, interacting with customers through inbound and outbound calls, setting appointments, and delivering presentations to members of unions that request our benefits. Key Responsibilities
* Field customer inquiries and address pain points through inbound and outbound calls
- Set appointments and deliver presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Maintain extensive product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Complete necessary paperwork and quality control tasks
- Participate in leadership development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
- Utilize basic computer knowledge to access and navigate our systems
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

- Age: 18 years or older
