Job Overview

As a key member of our Inbound Enactments group, you will be responsible for providing mentorship, guidance, and expertise to your colleagues, while driving best practices in issue resolution, metrics monitoring, and team leadership. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $26, and we anticipate that this role will be hybrid, with some time spent in-office when our offices resume.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our merchants and customers, responding to and resolving inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Mentor and coach colleagues to improve their performance and achieve team goals, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality, identifying areas for growth and implementing solutions to drive positive change
• Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes, using tools like Google Sheets or Excel to perform data analysis

Essential Qualifications
