• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Visual Merchandising, or a related field preferred.
• * Proven experience in virtual merchandising, e-commerce planning, or online product display roles.
• * Strong proficiency with digital merchandising tools, CMS platforms, and analytics software.
• * Excellent visual design sense with an ability to create engaging and persuasive product layouts.
• * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to drive merchandising decisions.
• * Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• * Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments effectively.
• * Detail-oriented with a proactive and creative problem-solving approach.
• Experience
• * Minimum 2-3 years of experience in virtual merchandising, e-commerce product planning, or digital marketing roles.
• * Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment is highly desirable.
• * Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, arenaflex Seller Central, or similar is an advantage.
