Job Responsibilities: As a Data Product Manager at arenaflex, you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain data products that drive business growth and innovation
• Lead the delivery of data modeling, data visualization, and data integration projects, ensuring timely and high-quality results
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data solutions that meet their needs
• Develop and maintain data governance policies, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and implement data-driven solutions
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop recommendations for business improvement
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to support business decision-making
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with data architects to design and implement data warehousing and data lake solutions
• Develop and maintain data quality and data governance policies, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:
• 5+ years of experience in data product management, with a focus on data modeling and data visualization
• Strong technical skills in data management, data integration, and data visualization, including experience with AWS, Snowflake, dbt, and foundation as-code (Terraform/CDK)
• Experience with streaming data handling concepts, including cluster and real-time in-the-second understanding creation and distribution
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to interact and influence across the organization, including senior leaders
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, performant, and impactful data solutions
• Experience working in the hospitality, travel, or media industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop recommendations for business improvement
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain technical documentation and reports Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• Experience with data governance and data quality policies
• Experience with data warehousing and data lake solutions
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts
