Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Mortgage Division team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support, processing sales data, sending out welcome packages, and performing various other related clerical duties. Responsibilities and Duties

As an Administrative Assistant in our Mortgage Division, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting in processing weekly sales data, including data entry and analysis
  • Sending out welcome packages and other related materials to clients
  • Performing various other related clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and answering phone calls
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborating with the Mortgage Division team to achieve sales and revenue goals
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of office experience in an administrative role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on MS Excel
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the mortgage industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of mortgage industry software and systems
  • Certification in administrative assistance or a related field
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
