- Answering inbound phone calls and responding to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Performing outbound calls with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Creating service tickets and scheduling appointments accurately to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Reviewing customer account information to provide personalized support and to identify potential issues
