Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live online tutoring sessions across various subjects using our virtual learning platform.
• Develop lesson plans tailored to individual student needs, learning styles, and academic goals.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Maintain detailed records of student performance, attendance, and engagement.
• Create and assign supplementary educational materials, exercises, and assessments.
• Collaborate with other tutors and the educational team to ensure consistent teaching quality.
• Address student questions, concerns, and learning challenges promptly and effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in the relevant subject area (education degrees preferred).
• Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject(s) taught.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in online teaching tools, virtual learning platforms, and digital collaboration software.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Patient, enthusiastic, and motivational attitude towards teaching and learning.

Experience

• Minimum of 1–2 years of tutoring or teaching experience (online experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience working with students of different age groups and academic levels is an advantage.

Working Hours
