Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages that meet business needs.
- Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, creating detailed reports, and performing in-depth data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients.
- Designing and developing packages for internal clients, ensuring data integrity and suitability.
- Evaluating data needs for assigned projects, determining data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods.
- Translating data into actionable insights through reporting solutions.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and presenting findings to internal clients and stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2-4+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, and Visual Basic for Applications.
- Experience with reporting platforms, such as SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS).
- Development programming languages, such as ASP.NET, C#, and JavaScript.
- Database knowledge, including Transact SQL and MS SQL Server.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience with reporting platforms, such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad).
- Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures.
- Database knowledge, including Hadoop, Oracle, and Oracle PLSQL.
- Crystal Reporting experience.
Required Education
A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
